This major offshore firm's highly-rated International Private Client and Trusts practice has an excellent new opportunity for a Senior Associate to join them on Guernsey. The position will closely support and participate in the growth of the practice, and offers excellent future career prospects on Guernsey. Applicants should be used to advising on a range of high-level matters for clients, demonstrating a resourceful and proactive approach to client relationships and business development. You'll also need experience of advising on and drafting the full range of trust and other required documents for complex offshore tax structures, ideally with some experience gained in the Channel Islands or another offshore jurisdiction.
