This top US law firm has an excellent new opportunity for a transactional IT and Cybersecurity Associate to join their thriving practice in this area in London. Their team's work includes advising a wide range of major international clients across various industries on large-scale technology projects, including outsourcing deals, cloud contracts and licensing arrangements. They also work closely with the firm's leading corporate and private equity groups, advising on technology, commercial and data protection issues, including in relation to big data, artificial intelligence, the internet of things, health care, blockchains and fintech. Matters are typically multinational and there are regular opportunities to travel. This is a growing and strategically important practice group that has a highly entrepreneurial culture, where autonomy is valued and initiative encouraged.
