Job Details
Dispute resolution is at the very heart of this popular London firm. Due to their continued success and growth they have a defined need at around 4 pqe for a litigator with baking litigation experience.
The firm's finance and banking litigation team is one of the leading groups in London, they deal with large finance disputes, in particular in the private equity, hedge funds and asset manager space. They have a strength in dealing with disputes arising out of mergers & acquisitions, finance transactions and the mis-selling of financial products. They act for all sides of the industry, from banks and other financial institutions, to corporate borrowers and investors.
Suitable candidates must be able to demonstrate a passion for their work and a commitment to the area of finance and banking litigation. Strong academics and a can-do attitude are essential.
