Commercial Contracts Paralegal

I have a great opportunity for a Commercial Contracts Paralegal to join a global tech company, as part of a really great, inclusive team.

I have worked with this organisation for several years and, have had great feedback from people lucky enough to secure contract opportunities, with some of them being extended on an ongoing basis.

This role is to support the Contracts Manager to help get the "house in order".

There will be a lot of research and analysis of contracts and documents, to determine what agreements they have in place, what ones may need renewing and what may need to be renegotiated.

The role is due to last for around 3 months or so and is to start as soon as possible.

Alongside strong research and analysis experience, you will also need to have the softer skills, such as approaching key stakeholders to provide information and pushing back in a polite, professional manner on those that aren't being as cooperative as you would hope.

Being based in an open plan office has helped the office to form a very warm and collaborative culture, with fun activities such as "beer club" on a Friday and gym and fitness groups at before, during and after work. Staff are also treated to Summer and Christmas parties every year too.
