JUNIOR PLANNING ASSOCIATE *TIER 1 PRACTICE*

This globally recognised law firm has a market leading Real Estate Practice in London, which includes a Tier 1 stand-alone Planning Practice, made up 12 lawyers. Continuing to grow, a new vacancy has arisen for a bright planning lawyer who is interested in joining an ambitious team, within a friendly environment.

As part of this highly rated practice, associates can expect to gain exposure to the highest quality planning matters the City has to offer, including advising on new settlements and urban extensions, major regeneration and town centre redevelopment projects, mixed use, retail and residential led schemes. The team also enjoys a broad client base, acting for government institutions, leading developers, through to retailers and investors.

This role would suit a bright outgoing lawyer with strong people skills, who is keen to enjoy a varied, client facing role, with high levels of responsibility, excellent training and support and a friendly culture, as well as good career progression prospects.

Successful candidates are likely to have gained planning experience 1PQE+ from a London, or highly respected regional firm and have a strong academic record.
