A well-established Boutique London Law firm advertising for a Banking Real Estate Finance Paralegal role.

A well-established larger Boutique Law firm, that provides a variety of services to clients over the UK. Their stronger sectors include the Banking and Real Estate teams, their Real-Estate sector is their main market leader. They are situated in Central London and have offices overlooking the river. Your new role
This firm is seeking a Paralegal to join the Banking Real Estate Finance department, being part of the real estate team based in London. Successful candidates will work directly with the relevant Partner, who is a leading individual in the field of Real Estate. You will be responsible for providing legal insight to different clients including developers, funders, contractors and investors .


What you'll need to succeed
To qualify for this position, you must be educated to degree level (or equivalent) and preferably have the LPC, with sufficient knowledge of Real Estate/ Banking law. Furthermore, you must have excellent written and drafting skills and have the confidence to deal with client facing situations, whilst approaching work with resilience and confidentiality.
