Job Details
A highly ranked US firm are seeking a project finance lawyer. This team advise a range of financial institutions and banks, private equity funds and E&P independents. The nature of these transactions are international and the successful candidate will be working on upstream financings across the globe. This team work on the most bespoke, complex and varied transactions, offering an intellectually stimulating broad-based work load.
The successful candidate will have experience working on international transactions in debt financing and have a strong projects background. The new joiner will be UK qualified, hold a strong academic record with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experienced gained within an International, Silver Circle, Magic Circle or US firm.
