The infrastructure and projects team is one of the largest and most diverse in the world with an international network of lawyers operating in all key markets. They regularly represent financial institutions, project sponsors, investors, contractors, private equity funds, governments and international financial institutions, and export credit agencies on some of the world's largest and most challenging projects in Asia, Africa, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and the United States.

The team advise on a broad range of infrastructure deals including some of the largest and most innovative projects to come to the market. These include primary market transactions as well as acquisitions, refinancings, fund financings, corporate facilities and secondary markets work.

They seek a talented 2-6pqe associate / senior associate with solid international project finance experience. To be considered you should have a strong academic record and currently be practising at a Top 20 City or US firm in the City or a top tier Irish or Australian or NZ firm. Long term career advancement prospects will be excellent.
