Data Protection Lawyer 1-6 PQE

My client, an international Tier 1 firm, are seeking a data protection lawyer to join their fast growing team.

This practice provide sophisticated and bespoke advice on data security and privacy law to their clients and work closely with regulators in the US, Europe and Asia. The incoming associate will work closely on a range of matters, including general GDPR, compliance programs, data loss prevention, incident response planning and lobbying and government liaising. The data protection team work closely with leading global investment banks, global airlines, insurance, consumer goods and pharmaceutical companies, which offers a unique breadth of work and sector experience.

The firm are seeking a commercially aware and entrepreneurial lawyer, who wishes to work closely with the firm's prestigious client base. The successful candidate will be willing to get involved in business development and identify ways to contribute to initiatives to support the department.
