Job Details
The stellar team advise clients on an array of credit transactions and financial instruments, as well as cross-border finance issues, with a focus on sponsor driven real estate investments. The client base is frankly, stellar.
The group work on behalf of private equity companies in connection with credit transactions involving significant real estate investments throughout Europe. The have recently advised the most prestigious asset manager in the financing of a €6.5 billion acquisition of a property portfolio and the financing of the European real estate assets purchased by the asset manager as part of its $23 billion acquisition of real estate assets.
The hours are long, the work is complex and international and the training and support is intense. This firm is renowned for developing some of the best lawyers in the world and is a fantastic springboard for the career of any aspiring City lawyer.
