Your new role
An interim commercial legal counsel role (c. 3 months) reporting into the Legal Director, as part of the in-house legal function. You will negotiate and draft a range of commercial contracts. You will support the Data Protection Officer with GDPR and privacy matters. You will also support on IP and litigation matters as well as any other ad hoc legal matters that arise.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a UK or European qualified commercial lawyer with in-house experience. As this is an urgent need, you must be available on short notice for an immediate start.
