Are you a trainee solicitor looking to qualify in Real Estate but don't know whether there will be a role for you at your own firm?
Then look no further. This elite City firm has an opening for a City trained lawyer to join their highly rated real estate team. Outstanding academics and training with a major London firm are a must. You will have completed a seat in real estate and will have covered all aspects of commercial work ideally including cross-border transactions.
The work includes:
- Advising on the real estate aspects of major acquisitions, lettings and disposals;
- Advising on property finance, innovative financing methods and equity and debt restructurings, including restructurings of financial institutions;
- Advising on complex development projects including construction, planning and environmental issues;
- Working together with the corporate team on the property aspects of various transactions, including flotations and rights issues.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer to join a leading team.
