Our client is a thriving boutique City business law firm boasting a highly rated Commercial Real Estate practice
Due to the growth of their Commercial Real Estate practice, particularly boosted by a recent impressive partner hire, they now seek to add a junior-level Commercial Property Associate to the team.
The practice covers a broad range of transactions and projects, including: commercial and residential development, high-value strategic investment purchases/sales, corporate occupier leases, property finance and asset management. Their clients include major developers, investment funds, banks and corporates from across Media, Technology, Hotels & Leisure, Professional Services and Retail.
You will be a rounded Commercial Property lawyer with experience commensurate with circa 1 to 3 years' PQE, gained from a recognised Real Estate practice. You will exhibit excellent technical skills in drafting and negotiation alongside a keen commercial awareness, and an interest in business development.
Befitting a relatively compact, medium-sized firm, you will find a friendly, sociable and close-knit culture, with a healthy stance on work/life balance.
