*CORPORATE TECHNOLOGY LAWYER - PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FIRM*

Top professional services firm is recruiting for two corporate lawyers - one at 3-5 PQE and the other at 5-7 PQE - to join the corporate technology team in London. 

The team works with technology start-ups and scale-ups from their start-up phase through their entire life cycle. The work is a broad mix of M&A, advisory and venture capital work. Clients are varied but the team has particular experience with companies in the FinTech, adTech, digital media, eHealth and enterprise software sectors. The work is very international and the head of the practice spends time in Sillicon Valley, California every year in particular. 

This is a private practice role, with an in-house feel to it. The lawyers in this group service external clients and the work is high-value and high quality, however there is an exceptionally good work-life balance as well as flexible working, an open plan office and a very progressive culture. 

As this team is growing, there is significant opportunity to get involved with practice development and BD initiatives. 

To apply, you will need to be a UK qualified lawyer with between 3 and 7 years PQE in corporate law and specific tech sector experience. The team has typically recruited from the top City and US firms, so you will need to be from a high calibre firm. Excellent academics are essential.
