We are currently seeking a talented and consultative recruitment consultant to join our Birmingham legal team who are continuing to make a fantastic contribution in this sector.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong interest in the legal sector, be naturally curious and relish the opportunity to grow a business in this lucrative area. We are open minded in relation to your background but we anticipate you will be a natural relationship builder, self motivated and adaptable to change. In this varied role you will work with a broad variety of senior legal talent and decision makers. You will therefore have a consultative approach alongside an aptitude for understanding the true needs of your clients.
Our legal team is cohesive, fun and highly supportive. The team consistently achieve target and is seen as a "crown jewel" within the Morgan Philips Group. You will be supported by our Birmingham Senior Management Team and our wider business to ensure you have all the guidance and support you need to succeed.
