Job Details
A renowned International law firm is looking for a Corporate paralegal to join its team based in their Hong Kong offices.
You will be assisting in a wide range of Corporate legal matters, including due diligence, IPO and M&A. The role will also involve drafting legal documents in both English and Chinese, and conducting legal research and general Paralegal/administrative duties as and when required.
To be considered for this role, you must have excellent academics (min. 2:1 LLB or equivalent), and you must have gained significant, relevant experience in a similar role at a well-known law firm in Hong Kong, as you will need to be familiar with Common law/Hong Kong laws. Your IT and organisational skills must be exemplary. A competitive salary is offered.
