With a headcount of 300 spread across 6 offices in the UK, this is a growth role to support the business across corporate and commercial matters. The position is based in Central London.

With a range of business continuing to flow through, there is an emphasis on your ongoing commitment to providing excellent legal services and advice. As not every day is the same, one day you will be working on general corporate & commercial matters and on another, a £50M buy-out.
Our client has a diverse range of clients which provides for interesting work across diverse sectors. You will benefit from direct client contact and an opportunity to develop your own portfolio of clients.
To be suitable for this position you will:
- Be a Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years' post qualified experience.
- Have UK or other relevant common law experience are encouraged to apply.
- Have previous experience that includes a mixture of work for example, consultancy agreements, confidentiality and NDAs, JV & Collaboration Agreements and other general commercial work.
