Corporate Associate at Prestigious US firm

My client, a top US firm with an impressive global reach, require a 2-5 PQE Corporate lawyer to join their prestigious and well established Corporate team. This is one of the most profitable law firms globally and are market leaders within this field. In addition to high quality and cross border work, the firm offer excellent career progression opportunities.

The incoming associate will be working closely with the firm's highly respected partners. Strong business development skills and willingness to take on responsibility are also required for this position, as the successful individual will be working closely with partners and clients. As opposed to some other US firms with a smaller presence in London, my client offers a supportive and collaborative network, with excellent development and training.

The successful candidate will have experience in Public and Private Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Equity Capital Markets and working on Global and International corporate transactions. The new joiner will be UK qualified, hold a strong academic record with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience gained within an International, Silver Circle, Magic Circle or US firm.
