Job Details
A Magic Circle law firm are looking to employ an associate at the 2-4PQE level to join their Corporate Tax practice.
The team work on a variety of Corporate Tax matters and are regularly involved in some of the most prominent Corporate deals in the London market. This role will involve advising of the tax implications of M&A, Capital Markets and Group Restructuring transactions.
The team are looking for an individual with a solid background in tax within a comparable environment with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience. The firm also expect a stellar academic recordIn return, the new joiner will have exposure to the highest quality work in the City, a Magic Circle remuneration package and career progression opportunities.
