This prestigious team (made up of 7 partners, 14 lawyers and 2 trainees) handles a broad range of high value cross-border insolvency, workouts and restructurings, primarily for financial institutions clients such as hedge funds, bondholders, institutional lenders , secondary market investors and creditor committees.
