Job Details
A well-respected City firm are looking for a Banking Associate with a focus on REF work to join their growing team in London. In return, the position offers the change to join a growing and busy team, a high degree of autonomy and a large degree of client contact.
The group work with lenders and borrowers in funding transactions. The majority of the work is Real Estate focused however the role will also involve significant exposure to general banking transactions. The successful candidate will be involved in multi-jurisdictional transactions, drafting complex documentation, structuring loan transactions, negotiation of finance documents.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of post-qualification experience gained at a mid-level, large City or regional law firm.
