My client, a top ranked international firm is looking to grow their Corporate Insurance practice with the hire of associates between the 2-5PQE level.

Practice

This is a non-contentious insurance practice specialising in complex M&A , reinsurance and restructuring for insurers, focusing mainly on advising insurers and reinsurers on complex and long term reinsurance arrangements and on pensions de-risking transactions. The team also advises on a growing group of Fintech clients and investors on a variety of matters.

Role

A key part of this role involves advising insurers and other financial services clients on regulatory issues. The ideal candidate must also have experience advising on acquisitions and disposals, as well as other corporate transactions for banks, asset managers and financial institutions. The successful candidate will also receive high level of client contact and the opportunity for genuine career progression whilst working closely with prominent partners in this sector.

The firms are open to candidates from multiple jurisdictions including Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and Scotland. They will also consider candidates from regional firms who can demonstrate the necessary commitment and desire to move to London.
