Job Details
A highly regarded US firm are looking to continue the growth of their London office with the hire of a Corporate Associate to advice their prestigious tech clients. The firm can offer market-leading work, a particularly attractive client base and an extremely competitive remuneration package.
The firm's client base consists of a variety of high-end technology companies and the role itself will involve assisting these organisations on a range of Corporate transactions including M&A, venture capital fundraisings and equity financings. The team's client base is extremely broad ranging from blue-chip international companies to domestic emerging start-ups.
The team are looking for an individual with an excellent academic record with strong exposure to range of Corporate work, ideally within the tech space. This experience should have been gained within a respected City, International or US firm.
