Job Details
A firm with a real desire to quickly grow their Commercial team are looking for an associate between the 1-4PQE level to join their London office. In return, the position offers a large degree of client contact, a close-knit and collegiate team and the chance to join an ambitious and growing practice.
The Commercial team work for a variety of clients ranging from major international household names to IT start-ups and smaller tech companies. The role will involve a substantial tech focus, drafting and negotiating Commercial contracts involving software licensing and cloud services.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of post-qualification experience gained at a mid-level, large City or strong regional law firm. A clear and demonstrable passion for tech work is a pre-requisite to be considered for the role.
