CONSTRUCTION - DYNAMIC WEST END TEAM 1-4pqe

Great opportunity for a junior to mid-level c.1-4pqe construction lawyer to join the highly rated construction team of this West End firm. The role will be largely non-contentious so a strong working knowledge of non-contentious construction is essential.

The dynamic team act for a variety of clients ranging from high net worth individuals to developers, property investors, banks and occupiers through to contractors, sub-contractors and consultants. Our work involves complex, high-profile developments with a particular specialism acting for specialist high-end developers.

You should have proven experience working for developers, investors, lenders, contractors and consultants in some or all of the following sectors: housing (including prime/super prime central London and the branded private rental sector), retail, commercial, student accommodation, education and retirement homes. To be considered for this role you should have a strong academic record and experience gained from a well regarded team. Salary and long term prospects will be excellent.
