Job Details
This elite NY firm is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join its funds practice in London. The role will involve the formation and structuring of different types of funds, including private equity, special situations, venture capital, real estate and infrastructure funds. The new hire will work directly with the senior associates in the group, partners within the wider M&A group in London, as well as Funds partners in the U.S. This is an international law firm with offices in the U.S., South America, Europe, Asia and the Middle-East.
The successful candidate will be UK qualified and have between 2-4 years PQE gained within a rival City practice or major international law firm. Strong academics and previous private funds experience are required. Career progression and an excellent remuneration package are on offer.
