In-house commercial lawyer – 2-5 yrs PQE - Manchester/Leeds

Our client is a large international law firm that is looking to bring in an accomplished in-house commercial lawyer with demonstrable top-quality commercial experience. Specific experience must include: general commercial contracts and data protection. This will involve working closely with senior colleagues across the firm. Ideally they are looking at the 2-5 years PQE level.

Focus of the role: an expert on commercial contracts, providing advice and support to the firm in drafting and negotiating agreements with customers and strategic partners, in order to achieve agreed business outcomes and ensure compliance with all applicable law and regulation, including the firms’ own policies, guidance and procedures.
