Job Details
Our client, a growing City law firm is looking to hire an Employment lawyer to join their team in London. The firm can offer a work/life balance that may not be possible at most City firms, City quality work and excellent career prospects.
The practice advise both employers and senior executives who operate in a variety of sectors including retail, property, financial services and hospitality often with international reach. The work will involve a mix of contentious and non-contentious work, however the majority of the role will involve assisting on advisory matters.
The team advise on the employment aspects of M&A transactions, the negotiation of senior level departures and employment contract preparations. As this is a senior role all candidates should have experience of managing their own caseload and demonstrable experience of managing more junior members of a team would be highly advantageous.
