Magic Circle seeking 2-6PQE Corporate Lawyers

Job description

We have been instructed by a Magic Circle firm who are looking to grow their Corporate practice with the hire of associate between the 2-6PQE level. In return, the firm can offer a competitive remuneration package, highly complex multi-jurisdictional work and the chance to undertake an extremely broad role.

The roles will suit solicitors with experience in mainly Private & Public M&A, gained at a City firm or at an overseas common law practice with a highly regarded profile.

The Role:

You will be working in all aspects of corporate transactions for a range of corporates, banks and funds whilst engaging in a variety of sectors.

There is also global mobility for those who are interested, with significant opportunities to work overseas once you have spent some time in London.

The Requirements:

• 2-6PQE and will have post qualified general corporate experience gained within private practice, however those more junior will also be considered.
• You will have strong academics with a minimum 2.1 (or equivalent) from a top university.
• Open to candidates from multiple jurisdictions and will consider applicants from Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Ireland and Scotland. They will also consider candidates from regional firms who can demonstrate the necessary commitment and desire to move to London.
