In-House Commercial Legal Counsel

A top tier international law firm based in London have an urgent requirement for a In-house Commercial Legal Counsel to join their well established team.  With a key part of the role drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.  Also advising and assisting the firm on a wide range of legal matters including compliance, data protection, employment, disputes and many more aspects.  

In-house experience would be desirable, however, the client would consider a private practice lawyer looking to move in-house who displays good business acumen and commercial skills.

Ideally the client is looking to pay between £80,000 - £100,000, but can be flexible.  They offer a great work life balance and a flexible approach to the way they work.
