COMMERCIAL LEGAL COUNSEL - MEDIA, 2-4 YEARS’ PQE, LONDON

This is a superb opportunity for a commercial lawyer to make their first move in house and join a global digital digital media business. You will work alongside the Head of Legal for Commercial, supporting the entire business with regards to commercial matters, therefore you will need to be confident in dealing directly with clients and also be strong at building relationships.  

Ideally you will have trained at a top City firm, having qualified into either the commercial or TMT team and have solid technical skills. Experience of a wide range of commercial contracts, particularly technology service agreements and software licensing would be ideal. Any exposure to data protection could also be helpful.  

Due to the business being relatively informal, it will suit someone with an engaging, yet relatively down to earth personality who is willing to get ’stuck in.’ This is a great opportunity for someone with a broadly commercial/IP/technology skillset to join a fast paced media business. You will join a super team and a very exciting business that is going from strength to strength. If you work hard, you will certainly be rewarded with a wealth of opportunities.
