Our client is a renowned firm of New York origins that is actively searching for 2019 September qualifiers to join the Real Estate Finance team in the London office.
This particular role delves into the real estate finance area, and associates will tackle an assortment of cross-border financial matters, most pertinently in relation to real estate financing and re-financing. The team advises some of the leading private equity and investment firms on their acquisitions of numerous debt and loan portfolios.
Considering that the work has such an international outreach, candidates will undoubtedly prosper from close client interaction and complex transactional work that will bolster career development prospects.
Moreover, the salaries offered by the firm reach the highest band on offer – the notorious ‘Cravath’ scale rewards NQs with a salary of over £140,000.
September qualifiers are encouraged to show active interest as soon as possible, given the competition for places will be fierce. It would be most beneficial for candidates to have done a real estate finance seat, but a general finance seat will also suffice – the training contract must have been completed at a leading global firm in London.
