**CITY FIRM** Employment Associate 1-4PQE

An established City firm are looking to continue the growth of their Employment practice with the hire of an experienced Associate into their team. The firm can offer a broad mix of both contentious and non-contentious work, excellent career progression prospects and the chance to become an integral part of this rapidly expanding team.

The practice are well-known for their collegiate environment and excellent training. The role will consist of advising on both non-contentious and contentious Employment matters, the Employment aspects of M&A transactions, negotiating senior level exits, managing redundancy and multi-jurisdictional projects implementation. The firm's client base is truly international, with a vast array of client operating in the FS sector, therefore experience of working closely with Financial services clients is beneficial but not a pre-requisite to be considered for the role.

The team are looking for an individual with demonstrable strategic and analytical skills with a minimum of one year of post-qualification experience within a strong regional, City or International Employment practice.
