Job Details
An established International firm are seeking a Residential Development Lawyer to join their team in London. The new joiner will work across a variety of sectors and be exposed to high-end City work, in return the firm can offer a competitive remuneration package and a large degree of client contact.
The team's work is often complex and will focus on development and large scale regeneration work for a variety of clients. The firm's client base consists of those working in both the private and public sectors with the successful candidate acting for a broad range of developers, local authorities and housing associations on a range of matters.
The team are looking to hire an experienced Real Estate associate from within a respected regional, City or International firm. Experience in the acquisition of development sites and work within the public sector would be highly advantageous but is not a prerequisite to be considered for the vacancy.
