The group is actively seeking an associate at the c.2-5pqe level to join their leading international team to advise emerging companies and investors in cross-border M&A, venture capital transactions and venture debt transactions. Given the team's client base, the firm would, in particular, be looking for candidates who have experience in the technology sector. The practice is well integrated with the firm's Silicon Valley office and is the leading cross-border VC practice in Europe.
