CORPORATE ASSOCIATE 2-4pqe MIDMARKET INT'L FIRM

We are pleased to be instructed by this Midmarket City and international firm. They are seeking an ambitious corporate associate from a peer firm or similar to join their Corporate Department.

They seek broad corporate transactional experience with experience in a wide range of corporate transactions. The team handle private M&A, JVs, corporate real estate, PE, VC and general corporate matters for a variety of UK-based and international clients. They also work closely with their global network of offices and therefore many of their transactions involve cross-border or multi-jurisdictional aspects.

Given the excellent calibre of the team members, the successful candidate will have come from either a top ranking city firm, Silver or Magic Circle firm or a well regarded regional firm. To be considered you should have 2-4pqe, a strong academic background and excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent, transparent career progression and very competitive salary.
