Associate/Senior Associate - Top-Tier International Private Client Team - Flex/Agile Working

Opportunity to join one of the most respected private client teams in London. The team supports a wide range of UK and international clients on all cross-border estate and tax planning, probate, and charitable matters.

The firm is looking for a mid-level or senior associate with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in personal tax trusts and international wealth planning. The ideal candidate will have and understanding of both onshore and offshore tax structures, and a good understanding of philanthropy structures would be desirable, as would STEP membership. Your experience to date should have been gained at a well-regarded commercial law firm in London.

You would be working within a small team and would have excellent opportunities to take on early responsibilities and make a significant contribution to the Private Client group. The firm values individuals who have an entrepreneurial mind-set, but who are also team-players. Part of your work will involve helping supervise more junior members of the team, and you will be given a great deal of support with business development.

There will be a strongly international bent to much of your work, the firm is one of the few top private client practices to have a US office, which has allowed them to develop a significant trans-Atlantic client base.

The firm was the first law firm to roll out an official agile working protocol, and today their flexible working schemes range from job sharing, home working, term-time working, flexi-time, and annualised hours – all dependent on individual needs.
