Job Details
An excellent opportunity to join the growing European arm of one the top four rating agencies.
Priding themselves on a work product that is to a higher standard than that of their competitors, you will work closely with the analysts (RMBS, ABS, CMBS etc.) and business development teams focusing on various asset classes within structured finance and assisting with general corporate matters, as necessary. You will primarily be responsible for analysing transaction structures, reviewing operative documents and managing outside counsel.
You will be sole counsel within Europe reporting into the GC in the New York. Remote working is actively encouraged.
