An excellent opportunity exists to join the alternatives funds legal team of this leading Global Asset Manager at Vice President Level, primarily supporting closed ended funds invested in illiquid assets such as Private Equity, Credit and Infrastructure.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

• Acquire and develop knowledge of legal and regulatory issues concerning the establishment and distribution of funds across EMEA
• Provide practical legal advice to key stakeholders across the alternative funds businesses including Product, Marketing, Sales and Strategy
• The identification, analysis, assessment and reporting of key legal risk
• Develop and manage internal client relationships within the EMEA business and with other internal stakeholders and external advisors

Candidates sought should have the following skills and experience:

• Trained and qualified into a leading Investment Funds team with between 4 and 8 years experience
• Technical expertise across closed ended funds such as Private Equity, Private Credit and Infrastructure
• Strong commercial flair with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solutions orientated with first rate prioritisation and delegation skills, and a ability to manage timeframes of multiple stakeholders at any one time
