Senior Regulatory  Counsel – Brussels

A leading international bank are looking to grow their legal team based in the heart of Brussels. 

This is a new hire where you will be the expert on matters across; EU regulation, Belgium regulation, strategic change, MIFID2, EMIR and other market activities. 

You will report directly into the Head of the European legal team and will advise stakeholders and offices across Europe. 

To be a match for this role you: 
-    Must have obtained a Belgium law degree 
-    Must be fluent in English and French/Dutch 
-    Will have upwards of 5 years experience working on legal matters across a range of EU regulations, including Mifid2 
-    May have experience working with specific business areas such as; collateral management, securities lending and liquidity.
