Job Details
An elite US law firm is seeking an excellent Project Finance Lawyer to join their team in London.
You’ll be a 2-4 PQE Project Finance Lawyer, having worked at either a Magic Circle or US law firm previously. This is a great opportunity for someone who is in an international law firm and is looking for more responsibility.
The team has a strong reputation for finance transactions within infrastructure across emerging markets. Recently, they acted for sponsors on a major African infrastructure project, in the development and financing of their assets and also carry out significant amounts of work across Europe and the Middle East.

• Advising sponsors and lenders on major cross boarder power, infrastructure and oil and gas financings

Requirements
• Project Finance Lawyer, 2-4 PQE
• Ideally have previously worked at a Magic Circle or US law firm
• Previous exposure to acquisitions financings, project finance PPP/PFI and re-financings
Unlike firms of a similar standing, they emphasise their collegiate atmosphere, whilst maintaining the opportunity for Associates to gain significant experience working on major projects.
