Job Details
We are seeking a strong IT/Outsourcing lawyer for our client, a leading global technology giant. This is an outstanding and unique opportunity to join a well-established and collegiate legal team on a part-time basis.
The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of IT law, a strong grounding in outsourcing and privacy as well as a solid understanding of the procurement and licensing of IT related goods and services, together with general procurement and commercial experience.
In terms of level, you will have at least 5 years’ PQE with excellent communication skills having trained and gained solid post qualification experience at a top tier law firm. Ideally you will also have experience of working in-house at a blue chip business and we are looking for someone who thrives in this environment and on high level stakeholder engagement and responsibility. You will have a ‘can do’ attitude with a proactive approach to taking on new projects and challenges as well as the creativity, flexibility and the ability to determine, manage and mitigate key risks in a fast-moving working environment.
