This is an general corporate role and the focus of your practice will include:
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- AIM & Capital Markets
- Private equity and Venture Capital
- Joint ventures
- Inward investment
- Partnerships
You will be working closely with the tax, employment, competition, regulatory, litigation and commercial technology groups.
All major legal directories recommend this Corporate Practice, including PLC Which Lawyer, Legal 500 and Chambers.
There would be a need for you to bring business with you, circa £800,000 and in return they can offer you full equity.
