Project Finance Lawyer 3+ PQE *Market leading practice*

This international firm boasts a top tier project finance practice.  The group works across a broad spread of industry sectors for clients ranging from sponsors to lending banks. The practice has advised on a broad range of infrastructure deals, both domestic and international, including some of the largest and most innovative projects to come to the market. These include primary market transactions as well as acquisitions, refinancings, fund financings, corporate facilities and secondary markets work. The group also deals with a broad range of domestic private finance initiative/public private partnerships work and has a reputation for successfully closing even the most complex deals.

The team are now looking for an English qualified banking lawyer with infrastructure and project finance experience, ideally 3-4 PQE (or equivalent experience).  Candidates should be at a leading City or US firm. It is essential that the candidate has a strong academic background (minimum 2.1 degree) with excellent written communication and drafting skills. The successful candidate will also have outstanding technical skills, together with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues and work well in a team.
