Elevate is looking for a Senior Consultant with over 3 years PQE to work on a permanent contract at our office in Krakov, Poland.

You will provide contract, commercial and transactional support, working both independently on assigned projects, and collaboratively with the client’s in house legal team(s). You will be responsible for reviewing, redlining, negotiating commercial contracts and other transactional documents. This role also involves handling negotiations, driving and adhering to new company processes as well as building relationship with the client(s).

Specifically, this role will involve:

• Delivering improvement strategies to FTSE100/Fortune 500 corporate law departments
• Working with lawyers and operational teams to deliver changes in both areas
• Using your analytic skills to identify strategic improvement opportunities
• Implementing solutions to improve department and firm operations and improve ROI
• Supporting sales and helping to support the growth of Elevate’s Consulting practice
• Working as an ambassador for the company at all times and for change in the industry more broadly

Essential experience and skills:

• Highly numerate
• Solid experience in strategic change in a highly demanding professional services sector
• Experience in a legal department or law firm preferred but not necessary
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• Have autonomously led project delivery and project teams
• Process re-engineering experience
• Business case development experience
• Solid consulting experience is key but could have come from legal or consulting background originally

Technical skills:

• Exceptional Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Process mapping training
• Project management training
• Experience with common law firm or legal department technologies a plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Masters degree is preferred
