Your new company
This global investment management company requires a Funds Lawyer, with a proven track record within asset management, to join their central London team cover fund ranges in several geographical locations.
Your new role
The role will predominantly focus on advising in relation to the fund ranges across multiple jurisdictions (UCITS, QIAIFs, L-QIAIFs, ICVCs, open-ended funds, securitisation vehicles, etc.). Supporting the product development team will be another key area of the role as well as the fund/supporting documents (IMAs, NDAs, Admin & Deposit agreements, etc.). A deep knowledge of fund related regulatory matters will also be needed for this role.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor (c. 8 years+ PQE) and have demonstrable experience f working as a Funds Lawyer within and Asset Management organisation.
