Job Details
An exciting new role has arisen within the established and well regarded tax team of this US firm for an experienced E&W qualified solicitor seeking promotion to partner. The team, which is supported by a PSL, is integral to the active M&A and private equity practices, which encompasses corporate, mergers and acquisitions, financing, funds and restructurings. The team advises on all market standard tax structures and also actively develops new tax efficient structures to account for recent or forthcoming tax law developments. Candidates will have a strong academic background and solid post qualified experience from a reputable firm, in international M&A and ideally in restructuring and funds tax advice.
