The business has a first-class reputation of advising a private equity, venture capital, funds and corporate acquirers on insuring high value M&A deals and is comprised of former top-tier corporate M&A and Private Equity Attorneys that have moved into insurance broking.

Applicants will have first class M&A experience gained from within corporate law as a Lawyer and be confident in their technical ability. The appointment offers lawyers the opportunity to move into a commercial role yet still draw upon their technical M&A and legal skillset.
