Job Details
An International legal practice headquartered in London is seeking to hire a new senior private equity lawyer.
The Private Equity team advises throughout the investment lifecycle, from deal structuring to exit and provides legal advice in leading private equity and growth capital transactions and advise on all aspects of investments such as buy-outs, exits, growth capital, operational issues, portfolio acquisitions, setting up new funds and structural issues. The team operates in sectors such as financial services and digital business.
Candidate requirements:
*In-depth knowledge and experience of the full spectrum of Private Equity transactional work
*Experience gained at a well-respected City, National or Regional firm.
*Minimum of 4 years' PQE
*Willingness to take part in business development activity
