German / French speaking paralegal

Excellent opportunity for a German speaking law graduate to join a leading outsourcing business as a Contract Paralegal.

Our client currently has a need for a German speaking Contracts Specialist to join their Bristol office. They are leaders in their field and boast an impressive client base.

This position consists of reviewing, marking-up or drafting, a wide variety of complex commercial agreements such as non-disclosure agreements, master services agreement, public sector framework agreements, master tax framework agreements, standard terms of engagement, licences, reseller agreements, contractor agreements, and local implementation agreements, whilst ensuring compliance with applicable policies. You will also be abstracting contract terms for the purposes of a contract management system.

To be considered for this role you should be a German speaking law graduate. Any paralegal / legal assistant experience would be advantageous, as would any other language skills.

This is a fixed term contract for 6 months initially, but it is likely to become a permanent position.

Salary on offer is £20,000 - £25,000 coupled with excellent benefits and a supportive and friendly working environment.
